One-Day-a-Month Referral Card Day” Program
With this program one day per
month is mapped out in the marketing calendar for an entire year.
This day is also marked in the appointment book as a reminder on the actual
“Referral Card Day”. The day chosen is to be one that is as far away as
possible from other scheduled marketing programs and on a relatively busy day
of the week, especially Monday. Every patient seen that day is handed two to
four “health pass” cards allowing a friend or a family member to come in
as a new patient for a complimentary initial visit.(You can make it up to $25
if you wish) This eliminates a great deal of a potential new patient’s cost concerns:
the financial barrier (or the perceived financial barrier) is the number one
reason why potential new patients never come in and become an actual patient.
