Here is everything you ever wanted to know about Chiropractic coaching and quite a lot that you probably didn't know. What is Chiropractic Coaching? Chiropractic coaching is a Processes that enables both individual Chiropractors and their teams specific game plans to achieve their full potential. Chiropractic coaching facilitates the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills and thought processes to assist the individual in making real, lasting change.

My online Chiropractic coaching uses questioning techniques to facilitate your own thought processes in order to identify solutions and actions and as such takes a wholly directive approach than traditional mentoring and management. I support each Chiropractic client in setting appropriate goals and methods of assessing progress in relation to these goals. In addition to observing, listening and asking questions to understand the Chiropractors situation and circmstances.

We then creatively apply tools and techniques which may include one-to-one training, facilitating, counseling & networking. My Chiropractic coaching encourages a commitment to action and the development of lasting personal growth & change. You have my personal guarantee that I will at all times be supportive and non-judgemental of the your needs, views, and aspirations. I will also evaluate the outcomes of the process, using objective measures wherever possible to ensure the relationship is successful and that you are achieving your personal goals.

How is my online coaching distinct from other mentors in the Chiropractic profession? I focus on setting goals, creating outcomes and managing personal change. My Chiropractic coaching, supports personal and professional growth based on self-initiated change in pursuit of specific actionable outcomes. These outcomes are linked to personal or professional success. Our chiropractic coaching is future focused. While positive feelings/emotions may be a natural outcome of coaching, the primary focus is on creating actionable strategies for achieving specific goals in your work or personal life. The emphases in my coaching relationship with you are on action, accountability, and follow through.

As your Chiropractic coach I will provide you with guidance based on my own experience of nearly three decades mentoring Chiropractors. Our Chiropractic coaching experience together typically begins with a personal interview to assess your current opportunities and challenges, identify priorities for action and establish specific desired outcomes.  In our Chiropractic coaching experience together a variety of assessments are available to support the process, depending upon your needs and circumstances. Assessments provide objective information that can enhance self-awareness, as well as awareness of others and their circumstances; provide a benchmark for creating coaching goals and actionable strategies; and offer a method for evaluating progress.

Our Chiropractic coaching incorporates an appreciative approach, grounded in what's right, what's working, what's wanted and what's needed to get there. Using an appreciative approach, we model constructive communication skills and methods to enhance personal communication effectiveness. This Chiropractic coaching approach is simple to understand and employ, and its reach can be profound, opening up new possibilities and spurring action.

Truth be told, the only time you can be brave is when you are afraid.  Being brave is when you do something, regardless of your fears, because you know it’s the right thing to do.  In other words, you are afraid to do it because there are unknowns, but then you go ahead and do it anyway.  Whatever course you decide upon in life, there is always the possibility that something will go wrong.  There will always be difficulties arising that tempt you to fear that you don’t have what it takes.  To map out any course of action and follow it to an end requires bravery.

To be strong is to not feel pain. – Life is often painful.  It requires a worthy struggle for growth and experience.  Anyone who says differently is selling a lie.  The strongest people are the ones who feel pain, accept it, learn from it, and fight through it.  They turn their wounds into wisdom.  It’s all about having the courage to take a break, to shed a tear, to dust yourself off, and then to get back in the ring to fight like you’ve never fought before.

Everyone around you is holding you back. – The truth is, if you’re not working on something meaningful today, the only person holding you back is YOU. If you aren’t doing anything about your goals and dreams, you have no one to blame except yourself. Either you take responsibility for your life or someone else will. Blame is a scapegoat – it’s an easy way out of taking accountability for your own outcome. It’s a lot easier to point the finger at someone or something else instead of looking within. When it comes to working hard to achieve a goal or dream – that takes time and commitment – one thing you have to ask yourself is: “Am I willing to live a few years of my life like many people won’t, so I can spend the rest of my life like many people can’t?”

  1. If J.K. Rowling stopped after being rejected by multiple publishers for years, there would be no Harry Potter.  If Howard Schultz gave up after being turned down by banks 200+ times, there would be no Starbucks.  If Walt Disney quit too soon after his theme park concept was trashed by 300+ investors, there would be no Disney World.  One thing is for sure: If you give too much power to the opinions of others, you will become their prisoner.  So never let someone’s opinion define your reality.

There will always be people who refuse to respect you – the way you look, the way you talk, the things you say, your beliefs, your interests, your loves, etc. In other words, they won’t support you in being true to yourself. The good news is, it’s up to you if you want to let them mess with your character, or if you would rather stand up for yourself and accept yourself just the way you are.

Do your best to be as good as you can be, and if that’s not enough for someone, it surely will be for someone else. You are not here to please everyone, and you are certainly not here to please them at the expense of your own truth. So care less about what they say and smile more about what you know is true. Live your life and be happy with yourself, without their judgments.

If you don’t like something, change it.  If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.  Being hurt is something you can’t stop from happening, but being miserable is always your choice.  No matter how bad things are, you can always make things worse.  Negative thinking creates negative results.  Positive thinking creates positive results.  Period.  The only limits to the possibilities in your life tomorrow are the “buts” you use today.  Things always turn out best for people who make the best out of the way things turn out.

Eventually you will realize that happiness is not the absence of problems, but simply the ability to deal well with them.  Always look at what you have, instead of what you have lost.  Because it’s not what the world takes away from you that counts; it’s what you do with what you have left.
Great accomplishments aren’t easy; they’re worth it!  So forget how you feel and remember what you deserve.  Right NOW is always the best time to break out of your shell.  Chances must be taken, mistakes must be made, and lessons must be learned.

Someday you will look back on your life and realize that everything worthwhile you’ve ever accomplished initially challenged you.  And that is as it should be, because big challenges often prepare ordinary people for extraordinary success.  Every struggle arises for a reason – either for experience or as a lesson.  A great journey is never easy, and no dose of adversity along the way is ever a waste of time if you learn and grow from it.

Remember, an arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards, and such is life.  When life is pulling you back with difficulties, it means it’s going to eventually launch you forward in a positive direction.  So keep focusing, and keep aiming!

  1. When writing the story of your life, never, ever let someone else hold the pen.  Make conscious choices every day that align your actions with your values and ambitions.  Because the way you live each day is a sentence in the story of your life.  Each day you make a choice as to whether the sentence ends with a period, a question mark, or an exclamation point.
  1. Making mistakes is far more productive than never moving.  You can learn great things from your mistakes when you aren’t busy avoiding or denying them.  And no matter how bad of a mistake you make, there comes a time when you have to stop thinking about it and move on.  No regrets in life – just lessons that show you the way forward.
